REFUND POLICY

1. Course Purchases

All course payments are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy applies to:

• Workshops
• Masterclasses
• Digital Educational Programs
• Other paid educational offerings

Once payment has been completed, a refund request cannot be made simply due to a change of mind, change in circumstances, lack of time, or failure to attend or use the course.

• Access period

3. Course Access

After successful payment, course access or relevant enrolment details will be provided according to the applicable course/platform process.

Failure to access, watch, or complete the course does not make the purchase refundable.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same course or transaction, please contact us with the relevant payment details.

We will review the transaction and, where a genuine duplicate payment or payment-processing error is identified, take appropriate action.

5. 1:1 Cosmetic Formulation Sessions

1:1 sessions are customised according to the learner's requirements and are scheduled based on availability.

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, you may request an alternative date or time.

Rescheduling is allowed subject to the availability of Formulate With Rohita and the mentor.

Once the 1:1 session has been conducted, the session fee is non-refundable.

6. Workshop or Masterclass Rescheduling

If Formulate With Rohita needs to postpone or reschedule a workshop or masterclass, registered participants will be informed about the revised schedule.

The applicable arrangements for the affected program will be communicated to participants at that time.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased course due to an issue within our control, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access.

Technical problems caused by the learner's device, internet connection, browser, or other factors outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Non-Attendance

If a learner does not attend a live workshop, masterclass, or scheduled session, the payment will not automatically become refundable.

Where recordings or alternative access are included as part of the particular program, access will be provided according to that program's terms.

9. Policy Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund & Cancellation Policy will be considered solely at the discretion of Formulate With Rohita and will depend on the specific circumstances.

An exception granted in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future cases.

10. Applicable Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
